Important Legal Notice
By accessing and using DispatchSaaS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
DispatchSaaS is a repair shop management platform that provides ticket tracking, customer management, invoicing, and business analytics tools for repair businesses.
DispatchSaaS provides the following services:
- Ticket and repair job management system
- Customer database and communication tools
- Invoice generation and payment processing via Square
- Business analytics and reporting
- Multi-user access with role-based permissions
- Data backup and synchronization
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To access the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
You may register using Google OAuth or other approved authentication methods. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis with different tiers of functionality.
Billing:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Payment processing is handled securely by Square
- Prices may change with 30 days advance notice
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including:
- Customer information and contact details
- Ticket and repair job data
- Business analytics and reports
- Invoice and payment records
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Secure database hosting with Supabase
- Role-based access controls
- Regular security audits and updates
Data Export: You may export your data at any time in standard formats.
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hans Gamlien and DispatchSaaS disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or system failures
- Data corruption or loss
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DispatchSaaS and Hans Gamlien from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the Service
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Pose a security risk to our systems
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access will cease and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
